League of Legends Best Champion Skins: Sona

Skins in League of Legends are an interesting animal. They’re the only thing in the game that you can only buy with real money. That means you have to be careful about what you buy.

I do buy a lot of skins, because they make the game more enjoyable for me, but I try to keep it to one skin per champion. That means you have to know which one is the best, so I’m here to tell you.

Check out the full list here.

Now it’s time for some more Support love.

The Best Sona Skin

Hands down it’s Arcade Sona. The buffs and debuffs look like old school 8 bit ones, her ult is a DDR screen, she’s got a giant arcade control pad, it’s awesome. It’s just got so many little references to video games in general including the sound effects which are a blast.

It is on the expensive side but it is the best one.

The Rest of the Sona Skins

You can check out all the skins here.

The base skin is fine, better than Muse Sona at least.

Muse Sona has a mythological component but is otherwise just lame.

Pentakill Sona is actually a blast since it’s a fun juxtaposition for the character but still fits in with the musical theme.

Silent Night Sona is a fun holiday themed skin. It’s not over the top silly, she’s just a caroler.

Guqin Sona looks great especially if you’re a fan of Chinese history and culture.

That’s Sona but who would you like to see next? Let me know in the comments or tell me what you think of Sona’s skins.
